It began with my obsession for baking; a waking-in-the-night-to-write-down-a-baking-idea obsession.
It continues with a passion for fresh, seasonal ingredients and the love of creating beautifully delicious desserts that make people happy. Having seen a need in recent years, I’ve developed vegan/gluten-free versions of my recipes. Baking vegan and gluten-friendly desserts is a challenge to do well and I'm here for it!
My baking business is based in Kingston, NY. I fulfill special orders for celebration cakes, I cater desserts for weddings and parties, and I accommodate business wholesale accounts.
